We make it easy for customers to find reliable service providers, while also providing our Heroes (trusted service providers) access to new customers. We believe providing new and smarter ways for our Heroes to find work can help uplift income and productivity levels for thousands of small business owners in South East Asia.

- Networking and building a community of ServisHeroes.
- Reviewing, validating and managing job requests from our users
- Coordinating and helping out with events
- Following up with our service providers on job quotes
- Assisting with lead generation for the sales team
- Conducting customer feedback calls
- Generally being ready to hustle, hack and help out wherever needed (don’t worry, we make our own coffee around here)
- Multiple languages are highly preferred (English, Malay, Mandarin)
- High attention to detail and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office and IT skills a plus
- Prior work experience or independent projects/start-ups a plus
