As an intern, you will help to coordinate the tuition cases with parents and tutors.

You are a strong team player, a fast learner, and a self-starter, and are interested in education and online learning.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and emails

- Maintain customer relationships

- Interviewing tutors & brief tutor profiles to parents

- Achieving individual/ team target

- Other Ad-hoc duties

- Strong sales & customer service skills

- Speaks fluent English

- Bonus if able to speak Mandarin

- Highly motivated & have positive attitude

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- You are expected to possess your own laptop

- No working experience required as on the job training provided
