THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategize, concept and create user-centric designs for brand campaigns set forth by the client while managing the project team to execute and realize ideas – from conception to delivery
• Plan and prioritize briefs to pitch creative ideas in line with the client requirements
• Direct the activities of the design team to maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence while realizing the clients’ goals
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to new and experienced designers within your team conveying the vision and values of FALCON Agency
• Manage multiple projects and take calculated strategic decisions in the direction of campaigns set for the design team based on each individual’s skills
• Define business opportunities and translate insights into consumer-facing experiences
• Development of skills to stay up-to-date on the cutting edge of industry standards, opportunities, and learnings in user experience and digital design

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6+ years valuable proven working experience in digital design evidenced by a strong online portfolio
• Minimum BA/BS degree in a creative field preferred but not required
• Proven ability to lead the design of large, complex product systems from concept creation to finished product
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) and proficiency in CSS, HTML, UI/UX
• Expert in the areas of interactive experiences, channels, and design principles
• Strong familiarity with online and digital advertising along with senior level client communication
• Natural leader with proven ability to take ownership for results and driving change within your team
• Creative, innovative and keen to succeed with an interest in developing your skills and sharing knowledge with your team and a desire to mentor/train new and experienced designers
• Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis, exemplifying grace under pressure
