Your responsibilities
The job of a Choo Yilin relationship management executive comes with a ton of personal growth, responsibility and a good dose of fun. Your responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring that you and your teammates are providing the most personalised and valuable customer service to our client database;
· Being pro-active, empathic and fearless in reaching out to our clients to understand and cater to their jewellery and design needs;
· Giving important feedback to the merchandising and marketing teams so that they can decide the optimal product mix, as well as conceptualise and execute on the most valuable marketing campaigns for clients;
· Working with the design team on giving important product development inputs;
· Ensuring that the Shophouse floor is consistently the most welcoming and luxurious space that our clients will ever experience in a fine jewellery store.
Your skills
