THE STARTUP

Creatella is an ambitious and enthusiastic startup and agency that aims to become one of  the biggest developers in South East Asia, for web apps and mobile apps. Born in Singapore, with European and Japanese roots, this highly international agency aims at bridging the gap between customers and outsourced development teams with a stronger alignment of interests and high visibility for the customer during the whole duration of the project.

Undergoing a steep expansion phase, we are looking for a sales intern working remotely to scale up the business.

THE TEAM

● Meet the tech co-founder: Guillaume, 29, has a long experience in tech, has founded a non-for-profit, launched a mobile game in Korea and co-founded an ecommerce startup. He lived in 5 countries, and speaks 5 languages.

● Meet the marketing co-founder: Hiroo, 31, is a workaholic startup founder with 6 years experience in financial advisory and management consulting at an international investment bank. He founded a financial services startup in Tokyo and graduated from one of the best MBAs in the world, where he met with Guillaume.

● Meet our multicultural collaborators: We are a team of 15 with 12 different nationalities (US, UK, France, Algeria, India, Russia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan...). All driven by the passion to create products and by the learning experience in a startup and are split between the tech, UI/UX design and marketing teams.

● Plan a creative sales strategy to acquire new leads, in direct collaboration with the CEO

● Execute the sales strategy: publish links, search for new leads, cold call by email or phone

● Participate in the first meetings to define the technical specifications and bridge the interface between the customer and the development team

● View and contribute to the entrepreneurial journey and development of the whole startup. No better way than to learn how to do it yourself now!

TECHNICAL SKILLS

● Experience in sales is a plus

● Experience with tech services and products (web apps, iOS / Android apps) is a plus

 

Others

● For short term collaboration (2-3 months) or long term exciting career progression

● Location: Work comfortably at home. The whole team is remote
