Job overview
We are looking for a talented passionate Product Lead to join our team. You will responsible for leading the direction our product to support millions of sellers and buyers as we expand across countries in the region.
Responsibilities
- Product strategy and roadmap generation
- Alignment with other stakeholders on overall roadmap
- Roadmap should be based on:
- “Big Picture” understanding of overall business objectives
- Understanding of current user pain points and needs
- Some understanding of technical architecture to produce technically feasible strategy / roadmap
- Operationalise and implement product roadmap
- Ideate and generate lean experiments to test customer hypotheses
- Document and analyse results of lean experiments and features once implemented
- Weekly dashboards to monitor health of product, with ad-hoc investigations into aberrations in weekly metrics
- Run sprints, scrum meetings in efficient and timely manner
- Precise communication of features / bugs etc for engineering team
- Observe process and continue to improve over time
- Take on some of Scrum Master duties if possible
- User empathy and investigation
- UX / design skills
- Qualitative investigation of users (interviews, focus groups)
- Quantitative investigation of users (surveys, analytics)
- Draw insights from observations and investigation
Skills
