ShopBack is seeking a driven and talented full time Regional Online Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. You will work closely with the local Marketing teams in fulfilling the role of acquiring new leads and customers through online advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying, optimizing, and executing strategic growth levers across online advertising platforms. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Strategize digital marketing plans for all markets

Work with local MKT teams and merchant teams > secure the best deals to be pushed out to the right customers

Perform daily account management of advertising accounts including Google AdWords, Facebook and other search platforms across all ShopBack’s markets

Continuously optimize ad content (A/B testing)

Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and integrated into team’s workflow
-
Communicate with Facebook + Google account managers to get updates on the latest features

Generate weekly reports for CEO’s review
- 1-2 year experience of performance marketing (focus on SEM, Display and/or Social Advertising)
- Deep knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
- Agile and able to adapt quickly in a high growth business and constantly changing environment
- Experience working in a global team
- Passion for online shopback is a huge plus
