Product Evangelist job at Zyllem Malaysia

The Product Evangelist will be involved in engaging customers’ loyalty and stimulating our brand. You assist in early customer’s adopters providing workable solutions to customers by working with your peers in product management to scope and define the next phase of development.  Believing in delivering only the best, you are passionate, proud and professional in your deliverables.

Maintain in-depth understanding of company technology, products, and services in order to provide a more well-rounded solution to customer requirement;

Assess, clarify and validate customer needs and suggest the solution options available to the customers;

Engage early in the sales process to position the right solution to the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their business objectives;

Manage customer escalations and negotiate resolution to solve the customer needs and problems;

Collaborate with area Sales leaders and Account Managers to build relationships;

Leverage on partnership to develop mutually beneficial relationships while continuing to focus on customer success;

Simplify customer’s experience to increase satisfaction, retention and customer loyalty; and

Follow up continually with customers and serve as a reference upon completing their implementation.

Technical & Competency Stack

Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years proven experience in similar capacity

Good analytical and process-oriented skills

Good presentation and communicating skills on technical and non-technical terms

Excellent customer-centric attitude and ability to deal with cultural diversity

Ability to pick up technical and product knowledge quickly

Passionate about doing whatever it takes to make customers successful

Proficient with MS Office, emails
