This position holds a crucial role in the company as it ensures the operation fluency. When it comes to accounting and documentation, the ability to pay extra attention to details is mandatory. This is also a role in which you are bestowed upon to safe guard the company’s interests and its assets, hence accountability and personal integrity must not be compromised at all time. Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Payments
2. Book Keeping
3. Liaising and coordinating with vendors
4. Filing of documents
5. Updating and monitoring daily cash book
6. Bank Reconciliation
7. General journal preparation
8. Assisting auditors in documentation and data extraction
9. Petty cash
10. Documents handling
11. EPF, SOCSO & Salary payment processing
12. Dealing with regulatory authorities in Malaysia including EPF & Tax authorities

Requirements:

1. 1 to 4 years of experience in accounting field, preferably in ''Big 4'' audit firm
2. Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance is a requirement
3. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Malay
4. Familiar with Malaysian audit and tax rules
5. Highly motivated and must enjoy a fast-paced environment

6. Strong communication and organizational skills (written and verbal), ability to work across functions

7. Detail-oriented and highly organized

8. Thorough follow up work
9. Not to doubt in fear, voice up and share the problem
10. Willing to rise above when under pressure
11. Ability to work well independently
