As a Customer Experience Officer, your job scope will include:

  • Respond to customers queries and issues reported through phone and email
  • Understand a customer’s journey and collect feedback to improve processes
  • Coordinate with other teams to help resolve customer issues

What we are looking for:

  • Should have a Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Should be proactive and passionate to help solve customers issues
