Auto & General has embarked to establish a presence in Singapore; specialising in the sale, management and underwriting of insurance products. Our insurance products will include car and travel. You will be responsible

To manage the call centre’s daily operations and lead Customer Care Consultants in supporting all enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.

To ensure operations KPIs are achieved above department target

For all aspects of the Team’s performance to maximise: customer satisfaction, retention, employee satisfaction, and operation efficiency.
As a great team leader, you will:

Lead, coach, develop, support, and motivate your team members to achieve service and operational goals

Ensure operations requirements are met to achieve/ exceed operational KPIs regularly
-
Support in-house training courses and on-the-job training for Customer Care Consultant as needed
-
Manage and review staffing schedules on a daily basis to ensure effective scheduling and meet operation requirement
-
Provide ongoing performance feedback and recognition on service standards
-
Provide coaching and feedback on employee skills and perform to ensure quality of calls and ensure information given is correct and accurate.

Maintain knowledge of each Customer Care Consultant career objectives. Work with individuals to ensure that they are provided with an opportunity to access available resources to reach their career objectives

Conduct team building and bonding activities such as cross-training as needed, weekly staff meetings and Department celebrations.

Degree or Diploma in any discipline with strong PC skills

Minimum 3 years working experience with at least 1 years in supervisory role in a customer focused and service driven environment.

Extremely customer and service-oriented, patient and have strong perseverance. You can handle and work well under stress

Insurance call centre working experience preferred
-
General Insurance certification will be an advantage
To excel in this position, you need to be the supervisory role model of a great team player, possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
