We're cultivating new businesses, increasing brand awareness and enhancing our customers' experience in all channels and platforms. To support this, we're hiring sales executives in B2B product and campaign management, as well as business development, digital and telemarketing. Our team is gradually growing and we're presently looking for freelance positions to be filled.
Having the right people on board is a key factor for our success: Our small team knows the ins and outs of all our processes, are familiar with customer needs and are able to support our markets effectively and efficiently.
To us, degrees, professional experience or industry-specific knowledge is not as important as the right attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

Your responsibilities include:
The combination of sales and customer service either face-to-face, over the phone or online, administrative tasks and involvement in sales ensures an always diverse and interesting portfolio of tasks. You will be allocated new business or engage new business with existing accounts and new markets.
- Sourcing and exploration into new markets/clientele
- Sales, consultations and communication with business owners or representatives
- Basic service support of existing clientele
- Thoroughly qualify all leads & sales opportunities
- Leverage business from new & established relationships
- Strategize, negotiate & close business
- Presence at sales meeting if required

Qualifications:
A successful applicant should display the following attributes:
- Have a great enthusiasm for sales
- Be sociable, enjoy building relationships with customers, and have experience in sales
- Hold a minimum of an 'O' or 'N' level certificate
- Fluency in English and Mother Tongue; proficient in communication
- Seeks opportunity for growth by taking on additional responsibilities with potential for management role
- Be a great teammate and representative of SIGNALGRYD's positive spirit
- Willing to learn and quick to adapt to changes
- Able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Preference:
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus. Otherwise willingness to learn is great too!
