As PurelyB's Health Programme Product Manager, you will have a fantastic opportunity to be part of our growing team at the forefront of the health and wellness evolution in Asia, leading our Health Programmes which directly contribute to the success of the business and is a first in the Region.
You will be the champion of PurelyB health programmes, in charge of planning operations, sales and marketing strategies for Malaysia & Singapore with focus on achieving the sales targets, revenue growth and customer retention. Key success metrics are hitting the quarterly sales and revenue targets, customer satisfaction and retention, and ensuring good relationships with partners.
You will be responsible for the management, operations, sales and marketing for all health programmes under PurelyB (3-Day Detox, 21-Day Kickstart a Healthy Lifestyle Programme and 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge), working closely with the rest of the team.
- To build, implement and manage operations and process flows in the Health programmes to ensure smooth workflows and experiences between health programme partners, PurelyB and customers.
- Focus on monitoring and evolving marketing and sales strategies to ensure high product take-up, while maintaining optimal consumer experience
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns to drive take-up of the programmes
- Own the communication of PurelyB’s Health Programmes value proposition, technology, processes and partnerships to the market
- To follow up closely and communicate efficiently with our health programme partners: healthy food providers, the logistics partners..etc to ensure smooth operations.
- To analyse customer behaviour and market landscape and identify trends to improve sales and revenue growth of health programmes.
- Formulate strategic plans to exceed revenue and profitability goals. Set and meet revenue and gross profit business unit targets
- Apply quantitative techniques and systems to drive yield optimization, increase operational efficiencies, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with Health Programme partners and customer service team to ensure a good customer experience.
- Work with the PurelyB experts in reviewing product (programme) materials to ensure effective commercial messages
- Capture customer feedback regarding Health programmes for internal evaluation and evolution of products, for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets for health programmes in Malaysia & Singapore markets
- Must be willing to travel within the South East Asia region within short notice.
- To lead Health programme expansion strategies and operations in new potential markets in the Region (working with key PurelyB representatives from these markets - Hong Kong, Philippines..etc)
- Reporting & analysis: (working closely with our Head of Business Insights)
- Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, to support decision making
- Provide detailed analytical reporting for the Malaysia & Singapore on a monthly basis or as required.
- Build and deliver performance review and regional strategy presentations to direct reports as required.
- To conduct competitor benchmarking and take action in areas of learning: product offerings and pricing analysis, reviewing international and local competitors
